What effects does the “La Jolla Friends of the Seals organization” have on the seals, the people, and the community of La Jolla?
La Jolla Friends of the Seals Mission Statement

2. To create and administer volunteer docent programs which will provide environmental education for the public and promote safe viewing of harbor seals and other marine life along the Southern Coast of California.

Questions for the owners of LJFOS and volunteers
How do you think the environmental activism effects the public?
Why do you think the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 being a federal law to protect the seals hasn't seemed to be enough to settle the issue?
Why do you believe that the seals and sea lions have the territorial rights of La Jolla Cove?
What types of activities do you do to help spread awareness to the public of the organization and the seals?
Do you think that there can be some sort of compromise between the sea life and the society?
Questions for people who visit the La Jolla Children's pool.
Do you know of the seal and sea lions that inhabit the La Jolla Cove?
Do you know of the situation and conflicts between the animals and the people?
Who do you think has the territorial rights of the La Jolla Cove? Why?
Do you think that there can be some sort of compromise between the sea life and the society?
My plan can not yet have a day to day schedule until I am able to reach contact with the La Jolla Seals organization, and have hold of a video camera and transportation that could work.
